Painting with Light on a Mono Lake Boardwalk
The model stands still while the painter traces the model's outline from the back with a flashlight. Then the painter lights the boardwalk and foliage. In this example the model moved out of the way while the foliage was lit which allowed an image of the foliage to come through
the model's outline.
